Anti-resistant steel balls: dia.20mm - dia.150mm forged steel balls and high, medium and low chrome cast balls in dia.17mm - dia.120mm. Huafu steel balls are good in accurate dimension, roundness geometry shape, high hardness and good mechanical properties with good characteristics of anti resistance, no deformation and no break. Huafu steel ball has uniform surface hardness distribution uniform for advanced quenching devices in the producing process.

Huafu steel balls have the below characteristics: A. high hardness (surface hardness is 50-65 HRC, and volume hardness is 48-58 HRC with uniform hardness distribution); B. high impact toughness (above 12J/cm2); C. low break rate (anti break is ten times higher compared to the normal cast and forged steel balls, and factual break rate is lower than 1% when falling times is above 20,000 times from 10m high dropping machine); D. no deformation: steel ball has no deformation out of the round for using. Huafu steel ball is made from the perfect carbon steel and alloy steel.

Steel Cylpeb: We absorb the advanced technology, and add Cr, Mn, Si, Mg, Al, Cu and so on to make alloy cements. Our products are produced in the intermediate frequency furnace and fall to the high, medium and low chrome categories. The characteristics are steady quality, high hardness, anti resistance, low break rate and various kinds.

Decorative Wrought Iron Products: We mainly produce various kinds of forged balusters, spears, columns, assemblies, arctic iron doors, fences, guarding windows and room furniture. Our products are famous in the world by the high view and use value.

Huafu is equipped with advanced casting and forging producing facilities, a full inspection system, well educated professional persons and a management team. We import automatic forging rolling lines for the fast changing market. We also make our advanced heat processing lines. Our products are all produced of good-quality steel. They are cut by plasma cutting machines and heated by electric furnaces which increase the full hardness, impact the toughness and lower the break rate of steel balls.
